Beautiful Adult Only home located right on the Long Meadow Golf Course, a dream for golfers. Rotonda West is a tropical residential community near the Gulf of Mexico. There are six golf courses operated by Rotonda Golf and Country Club. Thirty miles of picturesque canals, lakes, and ponds wind through the community and offer fishing and boating opportunities for its residents. Many exotic and beautiful birds call Rotonda West their home, as it is a designated Bird Sanctuary.
This house is NOT child-friendly. The homeowner does not allow children in the house.
Bedroom Layout:
Master Bedroom- King Bed/en-suite master bathroom
Second Bedroom- Queen Bed
Den/Office- pull-out couch
High-speed Internet included.
Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX. This pool faces north.
The BBQ includes a propane tank, we do not provide refills for propane, guests are welcome to swap the tank for a full tank at the local store.
BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional $56 fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.
We offer beach supplies including chairs, umbrella and cooler, we have float toys for the pool and 2 bikes are available for guest use as well.
