Estero Estates ,Unit #4 along with three other luxury two-bedroom units, the overhanging tree bough that partially obscures the structure seems to imply the solitude that guests will experience there.   

One of four units overlooking the courtyard of a historic house, the Estero Estate Beach condo has an elegant interior, meticulously-designed with a bright blue and sparkling white motif.

With brilliant color scheme is the deep mahogany tone of the beautifully-burnished hardwood floors.

This is accomplished masterfully, but not at the expense of modern conveniences.

New plumbing, sinks, faucets, stainless steel refrigerator, granite countertops and marble seamlessly blend Old World charm with 21st-century amenities.

Other features include a jet bathtub, barbecue grill, new mattresses, and designer furniture by El Dorado.

* If you are traveling with your dog or emotional support animal, please contact us first. We consider pets on case by case basis. All vet docs must be provided and we must approve it 1st , also an additional fee would apply depending on details provided. 


This suite also is a spacious two-bedroom with a partial ocean views from the top floor, Both bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed,  In addition, the unit has 2 comfortable sofa that folds out into a full-sized bed.

The exterior features a huge sun deck, where you can get a tan while sipping a cool glass of fresh orange juice, or whatever your beverage of choice. After a long beach day, relax at the beautiful terrace which offers you a partial ocean view. The terrace is shared with unit #3 , however, has a glass divider for privacy.

You will be both close and far enough from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, the heart of downtown Fort Myers.

The proximity to Lovers Key State Park, the 700-plus acre preserve, is a major advantage of Sand Dollar Heaven Suite. A plethora of activities awaits visitors, from gentle promenades to vigorous nature hikes to active water sports like canoeing, kayaking and swimming. Fishing is a popular park pastime. The wide array of wildlife is spectacular, and includes both sea creatures like dolphins and manatees, and exotic fowl like bald eagles, herring birds and pelicans.


In 1885 Fort Myers was officially incorporated. Inventor Thomas Edison was so enamored with the town that he built a winter home there in the late 1880s. Years later, automobile magnate Henry Ford constructed a house next to Edison's, and the two became friends. Guided tours of Edison Ford Winter Estates are available seven days a week. From a small settlement of fewer than 1000 at the start of the 20th century, Fort Myers has grown to a vibrant, modern city.

Guest Access

The guest have access to the entire place.

The address and the access code, the WiFi info are normally e-mailed to you closer to your arrival.
** Please note that after the booking is confirmed a rental agreement with rules and instructions needs to be signed, and also we require a photo ID.

There are a set of instructions of how to open the locks, where the washing & dryer coin machine provided in the welcoming letter as well as in the printed format inside of each suite.

The backyards, BBQs, outside tables, chairs, lounges, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, kids toys (if any) are for the common use. There are normally at least two BBQs per each property. Some are gas and some are charcoal. In the event, if there is no gas, please notify me immediately and I will send someone to take care of it. I never had it happened, but I want yo to feel comfortable that all is good.

Parking spot is one per the reserved place, unless you are renting the entire house, then the parking is unlimited.

There maybe one extra spot on occasion, fist come first serve. 
If you arrive and there is no spot for you, please notify me immediately and I will sort it out for you. 


NOTES:

** Pet fee $199 will apply per pet. All vet documents must be provided prior to your arrival.
** Please note that after the booking is confirmed a rental agreement with rules and instructions needs to be signed, and also we require a photo ID.
** Standard occupancy is 4 guests, can accommodate up to 6 guests! After the 4th guest there is a fee of $30 per person, per night.
** Refundable damage deposit -  $350
** Pool heating fee of $20 per day, if your reservation takes place between October - April.
** All of our rates are updated daily and are subject to change without notice.
** Security cameras located outside, in common areas.
