Luxurious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom suite is a private retreat.  This beautiful unit is a part of quite and private place, consists of only a few units in the beautiful courtyard with brand new pool and just across the street from the beach!.

This 1bedroom unit, along with Estero #6 are located in the duplex behind the Estero building!

Simply stated, paradise found...  
 
It offers one private bedroom, one bathroom with the modern European design shower, the living room. The Living room has a  couch which is very comfortable and is foldable into queen size bed! This unit can comfortably accommodate four people.  Even though, it is the  suite, it has a state-of-the-art kitchen. 

The unit is fully updated from A to Z and furnished in very elaborate Granite & Tile and top of the line stainless steel appliances. 
The kitchen has all you may need for cooking, the cooktop, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, and a teapot. I often host Europeans, who cannot live a day without a teapot.  

It takes about 20 minutes from the airport.  Thou, for those who traveling in season, I highly recommend to leave the island early.  I had a few guest missing their airplane. The Island has only one road, one line, that gets you off the Island.  Plan accordingly.

The sunset at the beach is simply spectacular.  Just walk across the street.The waves are calm and warm, softly crushing against white sand beach.  There are plenty of Sand Dollars and beautiful shells to pick.  
There BBQ is on the deck, where you can grill the fish.

Nightlife

The Time Square is a couple of miles away and only a few minutes drive. Times Square is considered the heart of Estero Island downtown.  There are plenty of dining, street performers, shops, casual bars with nice flare of Caribbean music, gift shops, ice cream.  Over all it is very close to all the hotspots. Yucatan is one of my favorite restaurant there.  Often, I go there to treat myself with fresh oysters and ice cold beer. What else can be better on a hot summer day?

Groceries: 
The supermarket is only one house away, which is about 3 min walk.  As you go on the road, turn left and you would be right there.  Once you arrive you will see my guest book with many great choices of activities and restaurants to visit during your stay.

Getting Around:
The location is fantastic. The car is recommended, but necessary.  If you wish yo can drive around to check out different beaches and islands that are accessible by the car, like Sanibel and Captiva.  However, there are plenty to do even if you do not wish to have the responsibility of having a car. There is a trolley stop nearby that can take you to everywhere you may want to be.  It can even take you to the Lover’s Key State park that only a few miles away. There you can get Kayak or Canoe.

NOTES:

** Pet fee $199 will apply per pet. All vet documents must be provided prior to your arrival.
** Please note that after booking is confirmed a rental agreement with rules and instructions needs to be signed, and also we require a photo ID.
** Standard occupancy is 2 guests, can accommodate up to 4 guests! After the 2nd guest there is a fee of $35 per person, per night.
** Refundable damage deposit -  $350
** Pool heating fee of $20 per day, if your reservation takes place between October - April.
** All of our rates are updated daily and are subject to change without notice.
** Security cameras located outside, at common areas.
** Please note that there is no closet in this unit.
