Our cleaners are wearing gloves, masks, using EPA approved cleaning products for all type of surfaces, ventilating rooms and spaces. Roelens Vacations has encouraged the cleaning crews to apply the rules of social distancing, washing hands regularly for 20 seconds at least and are checking off a checklist with each cleaning.
The Bellagio Estate is strictly for all NON-SMOKERS. This home is totally smoke-free inside/out, throughout the lanai, porches and all of the outside property. If you have allergies to smoke and pets, this is the home for you!
Per your contract if smoking occurs on the premises you will be charged a fine. No smoking includes cigarettes/e-cigarettes, cigars, pipes, & marijuana. There will be a fine for any of these restrictions that are broken.
