Upon entry into Villa Alaia, guests will fall in love with the open floor plan of the home as well as the modern and luxurious feel. Through out the home, guests will find touches of blue that tie the whole feel of the home together. In the living room, guests will find a Smart TV perfect for watching their favorite movies. Guests who love to cook will fall in love with this high-end kitchen. This kitchen has everything guests will need to cook their favorite meal including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a toaster, a blender, a water kettle, a coffee maker, utensils, and more.
This home features 3 bedrooms, plus a den. In the den guests will find a desk, perfect for those who have a little bit of work they need to do while staying with us. In every bedroom guests will find a Smart TV, dresser, ceiling fans, and a closet. The master bedroom also features a king size bed, a luxury ensuite, and sliding glass doors with access to the pool.
Once outside, guests will love the heated saltwater pool with water fall feature. The screened in lanai is adorned with lots of patio furniture so guests can relax on resort style lounges or enjoy an outdoor meal.
