This 4 bedroom – 3 bathroom villa boasts just over 1900 sq ft of natural lighting and sliding glass doors, with sleeping capabilities for 10!
Upon entry guests will fall in love with the open floor plan and high vaulted ceilings. Villa Boho House is where modern and luxury meet comfort and cozy. In the living room, guests will find a large sectional to relax on where they can watch their favorite movie on the large Smart TV. Aspiring chefs will fall head over heels for their dream kitchen. This kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, large kitchen island, toaster, coffee maker, and wine fridge. In the dining room guests will a large modern farm table that comfortably sits 8.
In the master bedroom guests will find a cozy King size bed and luxury ensuite. This ensuite features a large walk-in shower and double sinks. In the other 3 bedrooms guests will find 2 double beds and 2 sets of bunk beds. One guest room features an ensuite with direct pool access while another guest room features an office desk and computer.
Once outside, guests will find a screened in lanai with a large, heated pool. This pool is perfect for doing laps, floating around, or playing games. After enjoying the pool, guests can cook themselves their favorite meal using the grill or outdoor kitchen. They can then enjoy their meal utilizing the outdoor furniture. Guests can also catch some beautiful sunsets down by the canal. If guests keep an eye out they might be lucky enough to spot local wildlife in the water! Guests are also invited to explore the neighborhood using the provided bike.
