Welcome to Villa Cape Cheers, where the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, and it feels like everyone knows your name. This waterfront oasis is the epitome of luxury and convenience, offering spectacular views and endless amenities to ensure a memorable stay.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a recently renovated interior that exudes modern elegance and comfort.  The view straight ahead is of the water and outdoors evoking a sense of relaxation and grandeur.  The kitchen is spacious and complete with all the essentials required to create snacks and meals for your friends and family.  For extra storage, there is a second refrigerator in the garage. With direct access out to the pool area, everyone can stay closely connected and creates a hub for entertaining.

The Master Suite offers a king size bed, direct lanai access and a beautiful ensuite. Relaxation and rejuvenation is easy.  Two other guest bedrooms are spacious and well appointed, with plenty of room for everyone. This home also offers a washer and dryer for guest use.

The heart of the home is the expansive back lanai, accessible through sliding doors that pocket away into the walls, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living spaces. Here, you'll find a breathtaking solar heated pool overlooking the tranquil canal, providing the perfect backdrop for relaxation and entertainment.  Plenty of room to lounge poolside or enjoy al fresco dining in the evening breeze.  A BBQ, lanai fridge and outdoor TV enhance your experience and comfort!

For adventure seekers, grab the complimentary fishing rods and gear and head down to the canal on the concrete dock and seawall where you can cast a line into the tranquil waters and enjoy an afternoon angling session.  Take advantage of the provided 3 person kayak/canoe and set out to explore the winding freshwater canal that leads to a captivating chain of lakes. The Clover lakes are an easy 5 minute paddle thru the canals and you never know what wildlife you may see on the way! Glide along the serene waters, immersing yourself in the natural beauty that surrounds you, and watch as the world awakens in front of you. Its also a great vessel for those who like to fish! Whether you're a seasoned angler or a boating enthusiast, Villa Cape Cheers offers direct access to all kinds of water activities right from your backyard. 

Conveniently located less than four miles from the BMX Strausser Sports Complex, this vacation rental is ideal for sports enthusiasts looking to explore the area's recreational offerings.  You are close to many family-friendly attractions, like Gator Mike's, several miniature golf courses, Sunsplash waterpark, as well as many top-rated golf courses. You'll find two sets of complimentary golf clubs in the garage for your use,  as well as 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach bag with towels helping you enjoy one of the great beaches in the area.  Ft.Myers beach, Sanibel and Captiva are only a 30 - 45 minute drive away and make for a great day trip.  For others, venture to the Downtown area of the Cape or Ft.
