Roelens Vacations has upgraded its cleaning standards according to the WHO and CDC guidelines. The Roelens Housekeeping Teams have been trained applying the new cleaning standards which are outlined here:

Our cleaners are wearing gloves, masks, using EPA approved cleaning products for all type of surfaces, ventilating rooms and spaces. Roelens Vacations has encouraged the cleaning crews to apply the rules of social distancing, washing hands regularly for 20 seconds at least and are checking off a checklist with each cleaning.

When you enter through the front doors you will be met with a relaxing, bright and airy feeling. The floor plan allows you to see through the large sliding glass doors, framing a scenic view. The home has a split floor plan for the bedrooms, allowing ample amounts of privacy when needed.

The Master bedroom is open with a King size bed and your own private doors to the pool, plus a beautiful en-suite. The first guest room is spacious, a queen size bed. The second spacious guest room has two twin size beds. Enjoy sitting outside by the pool and enjoy the emphasizing the beautiful Florida sunsets. 

Do you enjoy making yummy treats for you, your family and loved ones? The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances you might need to produce your own culinary creations.

The house is spacious, modern and comfortable perfect for all. Kick back and stream a movie in the large living room, or use any of your devises with the free WiFi throughout the home. Whether you are trying to disconnect and be more family oriented, or just looking to relax and enjoy your quiet family time, you could not imagine anything better for your well-deserved vacation. This prepayment has been included in your quote and is part of the total reservation cost. Post-departure paid utility use may be offered at booking and will be billed at .185 kW for actual daily usage plus 11.5% tax and will be charged to a credit card on file. Pack & Plays (Portable Crib) and Highchairs are available with a small rental fee.
