This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom (with pool access and an additional outdoor shower) villa boasts just over 2100 sq ft of tasteful furnishings and grand sliding glass doors.
Opening the grand front entry, guests will feel immersed into another world. The open floor plan concept highlights the luxurious elements of this home, such as the high ceilings. The living room features a Smart TV and flows smoothly into the kitchen. The large granite island with overflowing granite edges invites guests to cook the perfect vacation meal. Guests will find everything they need in the kitchen such as stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, and knives.
In the master bedroom, guests will find a king size bed, Smart TV, direct access to the lanai and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. This luxurious bathroom features a grand stand alone tub, double sinks, massive walk-in shower and water closet. In the other bedrooms, guests will find a queen size bed and two single beds. Behind the barn door, guests will find an office with a desk and pull-out bed couch.
Once outside, guests will find a covered lanai with outdoor furniture perfect for dining. The large and spacious heated pool is perfect for doing laps or floating around. Down by the canal, guests can enjoy fishing or exploring with the provided kayaks.

Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25. Electricity is charged separately for this home at the rate of $15-25 per day. This fee is collected at the time of final payment and is considered prepaid utility use. This prepayment has been included in your quote and is part of the total reservation cost. Post-departure paid utility use may be offered at booking and will be billed at .185 kW for actual daily usage plus 11.5% tax and will be charged to a credit card on file. Pack & Plays (Portable Crib) and Highchairs are available with a small rental fee. This home is pet friendly for one small, non-shedding dog with prior approval and pet fee per pet (no cats).
