Villa Salty Kisses is situated in a well-established neighborhood, this home is only minutes to open waters. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Villa Salty Kisses has sleeping capabilities for 8! This light and airy villa will be your favorite destination spot for years to come.

Upon entry you and your guests will fall in love with the bright space with beautiful and warming décor. In the kitchen, you will find all you need to cook your favorite meal including an Instapot, toaster over, coffee maker, and all the kitchen essentials. The quaint kitchen transitions into an open and spacious living area, which offers water views and accesses the home’s tropical lanai through a four-panel sliding glass door system. In the living room you and your guests will find plenty of space to sit and relax while watching your favorite movie or TV show on the Smart TV. An abundance of board games are also available for guests to play with each other and make lifelong memories.

In the bedrooms, you will find the perfect private oasis to rest and relax. The master bedroom features a spacious king size bed and flat screen TV so you can choose to watch your own show separate from the rest. In the second guest room, you and your guests will find two separate single beds, a flat screen TV, and a desk for those who need to get work done during their stay. In the final bedroom, you and your guests will find a comfortable queen size bed completed with its own flat screen TV. These rooms all share two separate bathrooms, giving you and your guests plenty of space.

Once outside, you and your guests will find the true highlight of this home, the backyard space! Out in this private backyard, you will fall in love with the screened in lanai.
