Our cleaners are wearing gloves, masks, using EPA approved cleaning products for all type of surfaces, ventilating rooms and spaces. Roelens Vacations has encouraged the cleaning crews to apply the rules of social distancing, washing hands regularly for 20 seconds at least and are checking off a checklist with each cleaning.

You'll forget there is a suburban town outside of the seclusion the mature foliage grants this home's backyard. Experience a private haven as you enjoy the western facing pool and patio area. You relax with a cup of coffee in the morning sitting by the pool or delightfully watch the sun slip below the horizon and entertain you with beautiful colorful skies in the evening. This home is a quaint, quiet, retreat for you to enjoy the most relaxing of days on your vacation. Plenty of seating for you and your group as you enjoy your favorite BBQ cooked on the gas grill and then as you dine al fresco on the patio. 

Once inside the home, you will appreciate the open concept design of the kitchen, dining and living areas. Each space offering space, ample seating and all the comforts of home. Tile floors throughout, granite counters and stainless steel appliances make it a pleasure to entertain in this home. Be sure to sit for a snack at the dinette nook overlooking the pool. 

The king-size master bedroom is spacious and comfortable with direct access to the lanai pool area, spacious ensuite master bath, plenty of linens and towels for your stay. In the master bath you will find dual sinks, granite counters, a separate tub and walk-in tile shower. 

The other two guest rooms equally well equipped with plenty of linens and towels. You will find a queen-size bed in one room and a twin plus a full-size bed in the other room. This allows 7 guest to comfortably sleep in the home during your stay. The full-size guest bath is just steps away from the guest rooms. In addition the guest bath has convenient access to the pool area. 

With western rear exposure your pool area will see maximum sun exposure. The solar heated pool is sure to be the place you spend most of your time while you vacation here in Cape Coral. This is the perfect SW Cape neighborhood for walking, jogging, and biking, and it's in close proximity to Cape Harbour restaurants and shops. Also close to conveniences like Publix, pharmacies and banks. This is a quiet, beautiful neighborhood you will be proud to call your home away from home.

Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25. Electricity is charged separately for this home at the rate of $15-25 per day. This fee is collected at the time of final payment and is considered prepaid utility use. This prepayment has been included in your quote and is part of the total reservation cost. Post-departure paid utility use may be offered at booking and will be billed at .185 kW for actual daily usage plus 11.5% tax and will be charged to a credit card on file. Pack & Plays (Portable Crib) and Highchairs are available with a small rental fee.
