The 2800 sq ft split floor plan offers maximum privacy for guests, with an incredible master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom to really make the most of this beautiful retreat. Two spacious guest bedrooms on the other side of the house are close to the kitchen and family area.

When you re here to enjoy Florida at its best, you re out on the lanai, either relaxing around the table with friends, or dining al fresco poolside, or just floating in the pool soaking up the abundant sunshine. This house is the perfect place to truly enjoy the best of Florida outdoors, all while watching the birds and fish in the canal just beyond.

There is even a working office available perfect for remote work including a professional desk with standup feature and a printer.

Pool/Spa Heater Charges and Information:
Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
In order to heat the spa, the additional cost must be paid.
The pool is chlorinated.

Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.


BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
