- Handle Owner Communication: Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence from the owner portfolio, ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries and concerns.
- Weekly Owner Check-In: Conduct regular check-ins with owners to provide updates, address any issues or concerns, and maintain strong relationships.
- Owner Portal Management: Assist owners with navigating the owner portal, facilitating owner reservations, and addressing any technical or procedural issues.
- Owner Statement Review: Review owner statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and address any questions or discrepancies that may arise.
- Listing Information Updates: Maintain up-to-date listing information, making necessary revisions or updates to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Coordination with Inspectors: Collaborate with inspectors to facilitate unit inspections, address any maintenance or compliance issues, and resolve guest concerns effectively.
- Guest Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison between owners and guests to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during their stay.
