Property Care Specialist

  • Full Time - Starting at $20 per hour
We are actively searching for a motivated, reliable team player to join our Vacation Rental company as a Property Care Specialist. Your main role will involve upholding top-tier property standards for our guests and owners.

Responsibilities:

  • 1. Conduct comprehensive inspections of vacation rental properties before and after guest stays.
  • 2. Check for any damages, wear and tear, or maintenance issues and document findings.
  • 3. Verify that all amenities and appliances are in working order.
  • 4. Communicate any maintenance or repair requirements to relevant parties.
  • 5. Ensure that the property is well-prepared for incoming guests, including cleanliness and functionality.
  • 6. Keep track of inventory such as furnishings, linens and kitchen supplies and report any missing or damaged items.
  • 7. Run daily reports
  • 8. Communicate with the Owner Relations Manager.

  • Guest Happiness Specialist

    • Full Time - Starting at $20 per hour
    As a Guest Happiness Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of our guests throughout their stay. Your responsibilities will encompass creating positive first impressions during meet and greets, managing guest reviews, handling emergencies, resolving complaints, and maintaining seamless communication with the Owner Relations Manager. This role demands a customer-centric mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment.

    Responsibilities:

  • 1. You will be responsible for guests Meet & Greets. Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, providing them with a memorable and positive initial experience.
  • 2. Monitor and manage guest reviews across various platforms.
  • 3. Encourage positive feedback through exceptional service and timely resolution of issues.
  • 4. Address any negative reviews with empathy and professionalism, seeking to rectify concerns and mitigate future occurrences.
  • 5. Act as the primary point of contact for guests during emergencies for property-related issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • 6. Coordinate swift and effective responses, liaising with relevant departments and external services as necessary to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
  • 7. Receive and investigate guest complaints, striving to understand their concerns and find satisfactory solutions.
  • 8. Implement proactive measures to prevent recurring issues, collaborating with team members to continuously improve service quality.
  • 9. Maintain regular communication with the Owner Relations Manager, providing updates on guest feedback, operational issues, and noteworthy occurrences.
  • 10. Act as a bridge between guests and management, conveying relevant information and ensuring alignment on service standards and expectations.

  • In-house Guest Specialist

    • Full Time - Starting at $20 per hour
    We are looking for a reliable team player to join our Vacation Rental company. We believe in delivering happiness to our guests and owners. As an In-house Guest Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable and delightful stay by leveraging your expertise in both hospitality services and technology solutions.

    Responsibilities:

  • 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during their stay, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • 2. Proactively anticipate guest needs and provide recommendations and assistance to enhance their stay.
  • 3. Provide technical support to guests for their home amenities such as smart TV's, Wi-Fi connectivity, and other smart devices.
  • 4. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the guest experience.
