Villa Calusa 

Elegant and Enhance with Stunning Views! Villa Calusa will call to your soul and bring out your relaxed inner child. The charming 1700 square foot layout is the perfect place for many hours of leisurely fun & memories with your family. This villa will have you stress-free from the moment you enter the property. The playful tones, and relaxed atmosphere will leave you feeling right at home in paradise. With a new A/C unit , a new pool heater and new remodeled bathrooms will sure make your stay an enjoyable one.

This cozy villa is fully tiled throughout, and plenty of space on the layout will make spending time with your loved ones easy and enjoyable. The master bath is furnished with a king size bed with direct access to the pool area with 32" Smart TV streaming FUBO TV.

There are 3 additional guest rooms that have queen size beds. The second guest room is also equipped with a baby crib. The third guest room has its own adjoined bathroom with direct pool/lanai access. The fourth guest sleeping area is equipped with a queen-size Murphy bed and direct access to the lanai/pool area. The perfect solution to expand the occupancy and allow groups of up 8 to sleep in beds. 

The house is spacious, and comfortable, perfect for all. Kick back and stream a movie on the 55" FUBO Smart TV in the large living room, or use any of your devices with the free WiFi throughout the home. Whether you are trying to disconnect and be more family oriented, or just looking to relax and enjoy your quiet family time, you could not imagine anything better for your well-deserved vacation. Plenty of space for you and your traveling companions to enjoy both the inside and outside of this home.

 Do you enjoy making yummy treats for you, your family and loved ones? This villa has a full kitchen with plenty of counter space, lighting and stainless-steel appliances. This amazing space with direct access to the dining room leaving the whole room feeling light and engaging. The kitchen is well stocked with all the appliances you might need to produce your own culinary creations. The dining room having direct access to the lanai with its lovely large sliding glass doors, that let in tons of natural light.

Entertain your family or friends on the stunning lanai. Have dinner alfresco or relish a morning coffee, or enjoy a nice glass of wine watching the sun set.
