Upon entry into the home, guests will fall in love with the contemporary and designer living room. This living room features an accent wall, large leather sectional, and Smart TV. Off past the living room, guests will find the game room where they can challenge each other to a game of billiards. In the kitchen, guests will find all they need to cook their favorite meals. This includes a toaster, coffee maker, blender, crockpot, utensils and much more! In the master bedroom, guests will fall in love with the luxurious contemporary feel. The master bedroom features a king size bed with silk sheets, Smart TV, direct pool access, and an ensuite with a large soaking tub. In the other bedrooms guests will find queen size beds, flat screen TVs, a Play Station, and an office desk.
The real treasure of this home is the backyard! Paradise awakens and greets guests with the azure waters of an electrically heated pool and oversized spa on the borders of a Gulf Access canal. The screened in lanai provides guests with a private oasis. In the porch guests will find all they need to comfortably relax outside including a ceiling fan and outdoor furniture such as sun loungers, a dining table, and lots of chairs. This gives guests the opportunity to relax in the sun or enjoy a perfect meal outside. The large, heated pool has southern exposure and is perfect for doing laps, floating around, or playing games.
