You won’t be disappointed with this spacious 5-bedroom home on a freshwater canal in the Shamrock Lakes subdivision that awaits to delight you! Enjoy our extensive canal system with access to several lakes and waterways or fish from your own dock. Outstanding views of the water from the kitchen, living room, family and master bedroom. The heated pool and large lanai area will make your Cape Coral vacation one to remember. 
The spacious master has vaulted ceilings, ample closet space, a king-size bed, and flat screen TV. French doors lead you directly to the pool area. Wonderful views of the water from your master suite. The large master bath will delight you with dual sinks, a large garden tub, vanity, separate walk-in shower.
The open concept kitchen is situated with the family room and space offers tall vaulted ceilings. A well-equipped kitchen will make preparing your vacation home meals a pleasure. Imagine having breakfast at the nook dinette looking out over the water or sitting on the lanai drinking coffee. Overlooking the family area via the spiral staircase is a spacious 4th bedroom loft with a queen bed. A perfect solution for those families traveling with children. The family room offers plenty of seating for everyone and many games to entertain both young and old. 
The additional 3 guest bedrooms are split from the master and offer plenty of space. Each guest room with a queen size bed. The guest bath can also be accessed through the lanai for a pool bath. There's an intimate formal dining with French door access to the pool area. Wonderful home on a quiet street and nicely landscaped corner lot property with a circular drive and a side entrance 2-car garage.
The large pool area offers ample seating and al fresco dining. Equipped with a gas BBQ Grill and wonderful heated pool. No worries for the families traveling with small children there is a baby safety fence.
