This 4 bedroom – 3 bathroom villa boasts just under 2,250 sq ft of tasteful furnishings and sliding glass doors with sleeping capabilities for 8! This great home also offers 2 kayaks, 2 bikes, games, dock for boat rental, and a child safety fence for the pool!
Upon entry into the home you and your guests will fall in love with the open concept floor plan and modern coastal décor. In the living room you will find plenty of seating to sit and relax while watching your favorite movie or TV show on the Smart TV. This living room also includes a work table with charging station and board games for guests to choose from. In this luxury kitchen you will find all you need to prepare your favorite meals including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, water kettle, coffee maker, and other kitchen essentials.
