Fina Lagoon is less than a 10 minute drive from the historic River District of downtown Fort Myers and a 10 minute drive from paradise Marina. World-class shelling at Sanibel and Captiva Islands, lively Fort Myers beach are all less than an hour away as well as Fun and Funky Matlacha on Pine Island.
Finca Lagoon is set in a lushly planted and professionally maintained tropical environment. Giving guests many options to truly enjoy the Southwest Florida wildlife. The adjacent guest bathroom has a large sink with tub and shower combination.
The living/dining area opens onto the pool, offering a view of the rock garden and the nature preserve. Guests will be blown away by the evening sunsets. The living area has a smart TV and a broad library. In addition there is a spacious dining area.
