One of the best features of the home: The solar-heated pool is perfect for swimming at any weather; sun chairs are available, safety is guaranteed by a pool fence, and thanks to the pool cage, the special fencing around the pool area, insects are effectively kept away and UV rays are reduced.
Guests are more than welcome to use the villa´s barbecue grill. Just take a seat at the spacious lanai table with room for 6 people; or would you like to enjoy your meals inside? Thanks to the cozy dining area, this is no problem, either.
