The community center includes multiple clubs and gatherings to enjoy with the other residents. 

The master suite has its own domain with a king-size bed, ensuite with a bathroom and a window overlooking the canal leading to the Peace River. Retreat to this oasis after a day on the boat and fall into pure Florida bliss.
The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and a full bathroom is across the hallway. 

(There is an elevator in the building managed by the HOA)

This unit is located on the Peace River where it becomes Charlotte Harbor, in Punta Gorda FL. Here you will find local restaurants, bars and live entertainment.  In addition, dolphin tours, and fishing charters are all available nearby for your enjoyment.  With multiple walking and biking nature trails, there's no end to the entertainment found by our house. Dock your boat just steps from the house!
The public boat ramp is less than 5 minutes away at Laishley Park with easy access to the community boat docks, first come first serve- registration with HOA after completing the background check to dock your boat. 25-foot maximum

60-night minimum stay per HOA rules.
Guests who stay here must complete a background check per the HOA requirements. This is an additional non-refundable $100 additional fee paid by the owner (not the guest) to the HOA once the reservation is made.

Service Animal/Emotional Support Pets are allowed  Must have certification in order to stay- must provide Doctor note for approval of pet.  A non-refundable cleaning fee of $250 plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog. Pet must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.

We will provide a welcome pack including the following:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 packets of dishwasher detergent
2 packets of laundry soap
"hotel-size" shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom
Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items. 
This is an industry-standard practice.
