4 bedroom home with a pool across the street from the beach, totally renovated from a to z and professionally designed with leather furniture ,and beautiful furnishings,top of the line appliances,very spacious kitchen with all essentials!
1 full large bathroom with glass bricks wall in the shower and 2 sinks, toilet has separate entrance which you don't have to wait for your family till they finished showering 🙂
1- master bedroom-king size bed with tv
2-guest bedroom-king size bed with tv
3- guest bedroom bunk bed twin size
4th-guest bedroom-bunkbed with lower bed-full size on the bottom and twin size on top
*A shared pool available just next door property, it is also our property!
Please note we do not allow event without prior approval, the fee shall apply depending time.
Please note additional fee after 8th guest shall apply at $55 per night per guest

NOTES:
** Please note that after the booking is confirmed a rental agreement with rules and instructions needs to be signed, and also we require a photo ID.
** Pet fee $199 will apply per pet. All vet documents must be provided prior to your arrival.
** Kindly note that:- Parties, large gatherings, loud music and external visitors are not allowed on this property (without our prior approval)
** Standard occupancy is 8 guests, can accommodate up to 10 guests! After the 8th guest, there is a fee of $55 per person, per night.
** Refundable damage deposit - $500
** Shared pool available just next door property,it is also our property!
** The pool is heated. Heating pool fee of $20 per day, if your reservation takes place between October - April.
** All of our rates are updated daily and are subject to change without notice.
