Spend your Orlando vacation in a modern, fully furnished 9-bedroom, 5-bathroom house with full access to Storey Lake Resort.

  • Community: Storey Lake Resort, Kissimmee, Orlando. Located near a variety of restaurants and shopping centers.
  • Minutes from Orlando s top theme parks: Walt Disney Resort (13 min), Animal Kingdom (15 min), Epcot (18 min), Magic Kingdom (20 min) and Sea World (20 min). Travel times may vary due to traffic.
  • Location: BOOKMARK DR. Kissimmee, FL, 34746, US
  • Parking: Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Plenty of guest parking spaces also available.

Access code to the digital lock will be provided prior to arrival. Please note that Casago Orlando does not operate a 24-hour check-in desk.

Pack n Play and highchair available upon request with no extra cost (If a second Pack n Play or highchair is needed, an additional fee of $35 will apply)

Comfortable appointed beds

Private pool spa (heating for an additional cost of $45 USD per day)

Private alfresco dining and BBQ grill (a $65 cleaning fee applies; please notify us in advance if you d like to use it)

Pet-friendly! A $120 non-refundable fee per pet applies only if bringing pets

Valet trash service (refer to specific rules in check-in instructions)

Shared community amenities like a lazy river, beach volleyball, outdoor basketball, mini golf, fitness center, kayaking, pool access more.

  • We provide a small starter kit, which includes:
    • 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
    • 1 hand soap per bathroom
    • 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
    • 1 sponge
    • 1 dishwasher soap
    • 1 paper towel in the kitchen
    • 1 laundry detergent
    • 1 garbage bag

Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.

Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the condo.

Rules and guidelines for your comfort:

POOL We clean the pool weekly, with or without guests. If you would like to be notified of the date of the inspection, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, in case you need assistance we will be happy to send a specialist.

ATTENTION: This house has no hot tub; the jets and jacuzzi area share the same temperature as the pool. The jets blow air, so the pool will be warm, not hot.

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities allowed. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

SMOKING AND DRUGS Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.
