Pets are considered, (MAX. 2) non-aggressive dogs (up to 35lbs) with prior request and approval and a pet fee per pet (no cats).

Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. Smoking is not allowed on the property.

Welcome to "Villa Baydream Believer," an exquisite vacation rental with 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 guests comfortably with over 2,300 square feet of space. This gulf access home holds breathtaking views, and a luxurious pool and spa. This is the perfect retreat for those seeking a blend of coastal beauty and unparalleled relaxation. Located in a scenic area, this vacation rental offers privacy and tranquility while being conveniently close to local amenities and attractions. Whether you choose to relax by the pool, use the kayaks provided for guest use or just want to enjoy the waterfront sunset, you and your guests will be sure to love this home for your next vacation!

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an elegant and spacious living area, adorned with tasteful decor and large windows that frame mesmerizing waterfront views. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a welcoming space for gathering and entertaining. The large living room offers plenty of space while you and your guests enjoy the large flat screen TV where you can stream movies using the complimentary Wi-fi.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, sleek countertops, and ample storage space, allowing you to prepare delicious meals with ease. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, or take your meals outside to the spacious patio area, where you can savor them while basking in the warm breeze.

The bedrooms in this vacation rental are designed to provide comfort and tranquility. The master king bedroom has a TV and direct access to the lanai and pool area, there is also a gorgeous master ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a large  jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed with the second guest bedroom holding two twins - perfect for friends or family travelling together. The office holds a sleeper sofa allowing the home to sleep 8 guests. 

The highlight of this vacation rental is undoubtedly the outdoor area. Step outside onto the patio and be greeted by a magnificent pool and spa, inviting you to indulge in pure bliss. Lounge on the comfortable poolside furniture, soak up the sun, or take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters. In the evenings, gather around the poolside fire pit and marvel at the vibrant colors of the sunset as it paints the sky. There are two kayaks available for your use to further explore the canals. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the private beach area.
