You and your loved ones will be immersed in a boaters paradise from the second you open the front door. This 3 Bedroom – 2 Bathroom villa boasts just under 1400 sq ft of coastal decor & space, with sleeping capabilities for 6! With just 5-10 minutes out to open water and close proximity to great local attractions - Villa Boat House will have you wishing you’d planned a longer vacation! This is a small Island town and it is the perfect place to unplug and unwind. The home does offer WIFI, however it may not be an ideal location for remote work or school. 

 

** This home is pet friendly for non-aggressive dogs up to 20 pounds with a pet fee per pet.
Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. Smoking is not allowed on the property.

**Boat lift is available for guest use with an extra charge.**
