Welcome home to this delightful Floridian retreat that instantly puts you into vacation mode. This charming villa is designed for comfort, convenience, and endless entertainment, making it the perfect choice for families or groups looking to experience the best of Florida living.

With 4 spacious bedrooms, each featuring its own personal TV, and a living room with a sleep sofa, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. You'll find comfortable beds, individualized entertainment and privacy to ensure everyone has restful nights and quiet moments.  This villa also offers a high chair and a pack 'n play with sheets for the little ones!  The fully stocked kitchen, equipped with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, has plenty of space for preparing meals and snacks. This central hub with easy access to the living area and the outdoor lanai, makes your entertaining a breeze.

An amazing outdoor space is the WOW factor that makes this home truly special.  The large heated saltwater pool takes center stage offering hours of fun and enjoyment and a refreshing escape from the Florida sun.  You'll find pool floats in the dock box for added enjoyment! Surrounded by an amazing tastefully landscaped, terraced and very private backyard, this is truly a serene oasis offering ultimate relaxation.  A covered gazebo with fire table is the gathering spot for happy hour where you can showcase your grill master skills.  Grill up the catch of the day or succulent steaks and let the aroma fill the air and tempt your friends and family! 

A few more steps beyond and a dock with Tiki Hut and Hot tub await.  Enjoy a lazy afternoon by the water in the shade of the tiki as you cast a line or immerse yourself in a good book.  As the evening approaches, the hot tub beckons as the perfect spot to unwind after the adventures of the day.  This tranquil setting also offers front row seats to spectacular sunsets that Mother Natures paints using vivid hues of pink and purple.

For boating enthusiasts, bring  your boat or rent one locally, as you have direct access out to the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico!  Explore the waterways of southwest Florida and all the adventures it can offer.

While there is plenty to do right at this vacation home, once you venture beyond the neighborhood, you are close to beaches, family friendly venues like Sunsplash water park, and Gator Mike's, wildlife refuges, outlet shopping and top rated golf courses. Ft Myers offers a unique downtown area with great shops and plenty of dining options and The Ford Edison Estate and Historical Museum is a must! For baseball fans, the winter training camps of the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins are just 20 minutes away, and the Disney parks are about 3 hours away.  There is so much to see and do, you'll wish you planned a longer vacation!
