Enjoy magnificent views of the Caloosahatchee River and Beautiful Island from the wide expanse of this pinnacle lot.

As you enter this vacation haven, you will instantly relax in the open floor plan with great room and kitchen attached.  The living space is tastefully decorated to provide comfort and peacefulness.  Large sliders out to the lanai provide plenty of light and awesome views.

The kitchen has an island with sink,and beautiful spacious stone counter tops throughout. Modern wood cabinets, double built in oven, walk in pantry and veggie sink, along with stainless appliances all stand ready to assist as you create your culinary delights. Reverse osmosis system is also installed for the sink and fridge.  Stay connected to friends and famiy whether you are in the kitchen, the great room or poolside.

The Master bedroom is a tranquil haven with dual postless sliders that overlooks the pool and river.  Attached is the ensuite master bath with dual sinks, jacuzzi tub and separate shower.   Wake up to the serenity of the surroundings and enjoy your coffee poolside as you just take time to breathe!  Both the other guest bedrooms are all well appointed to ensure peaceful and restful nights so you can awaken refreshed to tackle the days adventures ahead.  All three bedrooms have their own ensuite bath with stone countertops throughout.

The hearbeat of this home is undeniably the outdoor living area! Acess through the great room out to the large patio with glistening pool and private half bath.  Splash all day under the florida sun or immerse yourself in the heavenly river views and bask in the beauty as you relax poolside.  The views are absolutely SPECTACULAR!  Watch as the sun dances off the water and enjoy the serenity of Beautiful Island during the day and then prepare for a breathtaking Florida sunset on the river.
