DESCRIPTION

When you enter through the double glass front doors you will be met with vaulted ceilings and a relaxing, bright and airy feeling. The open style floor plan allows you to see through the large sliding glass doors, framing a picturesque view of gulf access canal, located right in your own backyard. The décor is modern and elegant, sporting warm woods, whites and creams, with pops of color. The vaulted ceiling throughout the villa gives the home an airy and spacious feel. The multiple skylights leave the villa cozy and bright. The home has a split floor plan for the bedrooms, allowing ample amounts of privacy when needed.

The Master bedroom is open with a King size bed and decorated with light woods and wooden floors. The sliding glass doors leading directly to the lanai, keep the room bright.  Just image waking up in the morning and looking out to your own personal tropical paradise. The Master bedroom also has as stunningly decorated on suite, sporting his and hers vanities, and shower, with direct access to the lanai. The first guest room is spacious, decorated with cool tones, bringing a warmth to the room with the dark wooden queen size bed. The second spacious guest room has a full size bed and is decorated with cool grays and blues. The Third guest room, is just as spacious as the rest with another king size bed and direct lanai access. The accents of warm tones and cream colors, leave you relaxed and ready for vacation. Each luxury bedroom in this villa has its own smart TV, allowing you the escape needed to catch up on your favorite shows in the privacy of your own space.
