Check-In Information
- Standard Check-In Time: 4:00 PM.
- Early Check-In: Available from 12:00 PM upon request.
- Early check-ins before 4:00 PM: $50 fee.
Starter Kit Provided:
- 1 dish soap
- 1 dish sponge/li>
- 2 dishwasher tablet
- 2 laundry tablet
- 1 paper towel roll
- 1 kitchen trash bag
- 2 toilet paper roll per bathroom
Additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility.
Check-Out Procedures
- Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM.
- Late Check-Out: Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance through the office. Additional fee applies.

Parking & Traffic Rules
Parking:
- Each Villa: 1 designated parking space and parking pass.
- Additional parking is limited and not guaranteed.
- Pass must be visible on dashboard at all times or vehicle will be towed at owner’s expense.
Vehicle Restrictions:
- No motor homes, campers, boats (including kayaks), trailers, or trucks over 1 ton.
Traffic Rules:
- Speed limit: 10 mph (one-way traffic only).
- No parking on Aloha Kai streets; tow-away zones are enforced.
- Watch for pedestrians.
Other Restrictions:
- No roller skates, roller blades, or skateboards on the premises.
- Gate code may be shared for deliveries; direct them to your villa (short-term parking only).
Villa Rules & Regulations
- Trash & Recycling Pick-Up: Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
- Noise: Keep noise to a minimum, especially 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- Grills: No charcoal or propane grills inside screened lanais.
- Drying Laundry: Clothes/towels must be kept inside lanais or behind the villa.
- Usage: Villas are for residential purposes only; no unlawful use of property.
Maintenance & Emergencies:
- Contact front office for repairs or cleaning needs.
- After-hours emergencies (A/C out, power outage, flooding, lockouts): Call 941-326-4524.
- Call 911 first for life-threatening emergencies.
Pets:
- No pets allowed except certified service animals.
- Violations will result in eviction and a possible fine.
Pool & Recreation
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
- No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk.
- Children must be supervised; babies must wear swim diapers.
- No glass containers in pool/shuffleboard areas.
- No smoking in pool area, rec room, office, or shuffleboard area. A possible fine and eviction could occur if violated.
- Pool chairs/tables are first-come, first-served and must stay on pool deck.
- Personal audio equipment must remain on silent in pool area.
Rec Room:
- Hours: 9am-5pm Monday through Saturday.
Beach Guidelines
- Beach Chairs: Return to area behind the Aloha Kai sign (do not leave near water).
- Glass & Trash: No glass on the beach; dispose of trash in bins by the seawall.
- Sea Turtle Season: May 1 – October 31 — Turtle nests are marked; do not disturb.
- Villas near the beach: close blinds/curtains at night and no outdoor lighting.
