This villa  is newly renovated and will have you relaxed and ready to start your vacation, from the moment you enter through the two large glass front doors. With over 1900 square feet, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath layout is the perfect place for many hours of memorable fun with your family. Spacious and bright with plenty of windows creates a comfortable, inviting atmosphere.

Relax in the spacious living room and enjoy streaming a movie on the TV or use any of your devices with the free Wi-Fi throughout the home.  You'll also enjoy the use of the pool table for some serious gaming fun!  If you have a large group of eight, no worries! You will also find a queen sleeper sofa hidden in the comfy couch. Whether you are trying to disconnect and be more family oriented, or just looking to relax and enjoy your quiet time, you could not imagine staying anywhere else for your well-deserved vacation.

The Master bedroom with its King size bed and en-suite are spacious and dynamic with sliding glass doors leading directly to the Pool and lanai. The en-suite is spacious with an oversized walk-in shower plus his and her sinks. The first guest room is spacious with a large queen size bed, decorated to make you feel right at home. The second guest room, boasting another king size bed and set of sliding glass doors leading directly out to the pool and lanai, create a private escape for guests. All the bedrooms in this villa have feature TV's allowing everyone some individual space to catch up on their favorite shows in privacy and tranquility.  Rest up as there is plenty to see and do in Southwest Florida!

The kitchen is all new well  with gleaming granite counter tops, sleek stainless appliances and modern cabinetry.  You will find it well stocked with all essentials you need to create your own culinary masterpieces. The recessed lighting, and spacious design will make any chef feel right at home. Challenge your inner gourmet and share your creations with the group!

Now - bring the inside OUTSIDE!  The living room and kitchen have direct access to the pool and lanai with its lovely large sliding glass doors, that let in tons of natural light. Relish a hot morning coffee, while the rising sun breathes new life into our fabulous sunshine state.
As the day warms up, sunbathe privately by the pool  or down by the canal on the spacious deck.
