This 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom house boasts two master suites and a third suite with 2 guest rooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The terrific layout of this home is perfect for extended family and friends to enjoy, inside and out! WiFi throughout the home.
The primary bedroom boasts a king size bed, flat screen smart TV and French doors opening to the pool area. The glorious en suite bath has a walk-in shower with an overhead rain shower head, toilet, and bidet.
The second/queen suite has a queen size bed, flat screen smart TV and en suite bathroom with shower. On the opposite side of the home, two guest rooms each have queen size beds, smart TV's, and share a full-size bathroom (with tub and shower) and pool access, plus an additional half bath. The fifth guest room is perfect for the kids with a full-over-full bunk bed and a sitting area/second den. For extra sleeping space, there is also a sleeper sofa in the bunk room. Please note that access to the second/queen suite is through the second den and bunk room. This is wonderful for a family traveling with small children. Cohabitation with separation.
No details have been missed on this one! A great screened and covered front porch (with two rocking chairs) allows you to open the entire home up with double French doors to let the fresh air in! Magnificent Key West Style design porch for those days relaxing on the front entry.
The back lanai is completely screened, has a large HEATED POOL, paver pool deck, seating and al fresco dining areas, large pool-side SMART TV, a gas grill and a HOT TUB. There is an optional baby barrier fence for added safety. Please let us know if you have small children or non-swimmers and would require the fence to be in place for your arrival. Also, note that use of the pool area of the home is at the guests' risk. Please be sure there is adult supervision when children or non-swimmers are in and around the pool area.
As if the large pool and outdoor living space weren't enough, there is a large living room and family room with an open kitchen with lots of counter space, an island, and a breakfast table. Additional seating at the kitchen counter bar and the formal dining room. The well appointed kitchen has everything you will need to make your vacation dining and entertaining easy and enjoyable.
This villa is on a DIRECT access canal with a private dock, so you can bring or rent a motorboat or sailboat. Love to fish? You can fish from the dock too. There is easy access to launch the provided KAYAKS and enjoy a paddle around the immense canal system in SW Cape Coral. Be sure to look for interesting and beautiful wildlife, including dolphins, manatees, many types of waterfowl, eagles, pelicans and more!
