Welcome to Tropical Calusa with lush landscaping, vibrant flora and a serene ambiance - a perfect backdrop for a spectacular and memorable vacation.  Be happy inside or outside!  So much to offer in this 4 bedroom 2 bath corner of the world getaway.  Besides a spectacular location, this home offers a huge heated pool, a grill and 4k smart TV outside, plus a boat dock this most definitely is the destination to hit pause and relax and unwind in southwest Florida!

Enter this tropical haven of awe and be instantly calmed by the colorful and playful tropical decor. Huge windows offer plenty of natural light and a view to the world that awaits outdoors!

But first, inside you will find a Chefs kitchen boasting all brand new stainless steel appliances, ready to take on the most creative gourmet and allow them to create culinary masterpieces with ease! The whole house is also run with a water filtration system so never a worry about the quality of the water! The kitchen is completely open to the dining and living area so that conversations can be had from any angle. There is also a custom made breakfast nook for eating in the morning and a den with a small office desk in the very large kitchen area.  There is a new bar top that extends from the kitchen into the living room adding more seating space to the two large living room couches and 6-8 seat dining area. 

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a beautiful headboard and boasts a large slider to the lanai/pool with a large picture window overlooking the water. The second "master" bedroom also has a queen-size bed with a large picture window looking out at a pergola that has Hibiscus vining flowers that are usually in bloom, but green when not in bloom. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed with a HUGE picture window overlooking the canal and also has access to the pool through a sliding glass door (includes a full operating office with brand new Apple iMac computer, ergonomic office chair and a TONAL WORKOUT MACHINE(that can be used w/a paid monthly subscription). The fourth bedroom has one twin bed & one queen bed w/ two enormous picture windows that let in tons of light. One side of the room overlooks the canal and the other side of the room has views of the plush palm trees and vining Hibiscus flowers. This fourth bedroom also has french doors that open up to the backyard.
All of these wonderful spaces will allow for individual privacy and relaxation.

Now, lets get outside and enjoy the large lanai, a perfect spot to spend the day under the warm Florida Sunshine.  Relax poolside as you immerse yourself in the tranquility of your surroundings or splash about in the large heated pool.  This large corner lot has million dollar views of the three way intersecting canal. And if that's not enough - THE HOUSE BOASTS A SIDE DOCK  You can bring your boat or rent a boat locally and use the boat lift. Just minutes out to the River, go explore the waterways, a short boat ride to the Yacht Club Beach, or head out to the gulf and do some fishing, or just enjoy the wildlife viewing and the dolphins.

An added bonus - This house is EV friendly! If you have a Tesla we have a plug for you! We installed a proper Tesla wall connector with a 90 amp circuit. Your Tesla (depending on the model) will regulate to the highest possible charge.
And as if all that wasn't enough - with this home you are in a prime location!  Whether you want to wander a sandy beach, explore the eco preserves, hike, bike, kayak, golf, shop , eat or drink...you'll find something here for everyone in the group!
Only Minutes to Cape Coral Yacht Club beach by car, 25 minutes on foot and 7 minute by bike, or in the other direction, you will find the shopping, and entertainment district. Some great live music venues and plenty of tantalizing restaurants to please your palette will  create livewire evenings!

The property is truly a Topical paradise!  Formerly owned by a horticultural expert, there is lush landscaping with mature Palms, Oaks, exotic plants, hibiscus flowers, plumeria trees & bushes. There are many fruit trees on the property and tons of gorgeous palm and royal palm trees. There is a star fruit tree in the front of the home that constantly produces year-round. You could eat off of this tree for your entire stay and still not make a dent. There are lychees, avocados, coconuts, key limes, mangos, papayas, macadamia nuts, moringa, bananas, star fruit, and tons of other edible fruits depending on the time of year. There are flowers including many hibiscuses, birds of paradise, gardenia, crotons, bromeliads, ferns, plumeria trees, and many, many other flowers that coat the property in beauty. The property is maintained by a professional that comes on a weekly basis to take care of the landscaping. There is a HUGE royal poinciana in the backyard with a swing for adults and children alike.
